Supports high resolution audio

Enjoy exceptional audio fidelity with your favorite high-resolution audio tracks. Supported formats are ALAC, FLAC and WAV up to 192kHz/24bit. It is also compatible with 2.8/5.6 MHz DSD files. Play HD audio tracks from a USB drive or other network-connected drives, or from Amazon Music HD with a subscription. Conventional MP3 and WMA files are also supported.

Bluetooth audio transmission

Pair your favorite Bluetooth headphones with your AV amplifier to continue listening to your favorite music, movies or TV shows at night. You can also play audio from speakers and Bluetooth headphones at the same time. If you have a family member or friend who is hard of hearing, we recommend this setup. You can connect one pair of headphones at a time.

Denon setup assistant

The award-winning Denon Setup Assistant guide provides simple, clear instructions to get you started. Simply connect the AV amplifier to your TV and follow the instructions on your TV screen to connectspeakers, perform speaker measurements, and connect source devices. For added convenience, the AV amplifier automatically renames the HDMI inputs when connected, or you can manually rename them to your liking.

Audyssey room correction technology

Denon AV amplifiers use the Audyssey suite of EQ software for simple and accurate setup and calibration. With the included Audyssey measurement microphone, Audyssey measures all of your home theater speakers and optimizes your AV amplifier to provide the smoothest, most optimal overall listening experience for your room. This AV amplifier supports Audyssey MultEQ room correction technology. Other supported Audyssey features are Dynamic EQ and Dynamic Volume.

The Denon AVR Remote app

This iOS or Android app lets you control your AV amplifier, changing inputs, sound modes, volume; you can store and retrieve shortcuts, show AVR status, get input and output signal information, change optional settings, and so on. Once HEOS music is selected, the AVR app automatically switches to the HEOS app, for a seamless experience between the two apps.

Compatible with Google Assistant*

Launch music in the HEOS app, then ask Google Assistant to control volume, play, pause, skip tracks, mute, and unmute.
