WIIM AMP

WiiM Amp is an extremely versatile and high-performance compact amplifier and streamer. Allows you to easily distribute music via DLNA, AirPlay 2, Bluetooth (two-way) or Chromecast. This way you can easily access your music library, whether it is stored on a computer, a NAS or a smartphone. Furthermore, device control and playback are facilitated by the WiiM Home App. The application also allows you to access your favorite streaming platforms, such as Spotify, Tidal, Deezer and Qobuz. As regards amplification, the very efficient Class D final stage (TPA3255) is capable of developing a generous power of 2x100W on 4Ω or 2x60W on 8Ω.

To allow you to listen to your music remotely, the WiiM amplifier integrates a streamer. The connection can be made via WiFi or RJ45 Ethernet. DLNA, AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect and Chromecast transmission protocols are supported.

This way you can easily access all the music stored on the network, whether on a computer, a NAS or a smartphone. This connectivity also allows you to use your favorite music streaming applications such as Spotify, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, Amazon Music, Apple Music and Napster. You can also listen to web radios like iHeartRadio and TuneIn.

Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connectivity is also available. Bi-directional, it allows you to stream music from a smartphone, for example, but also pair the WiiM amplifier with Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

The Class D amplification stage (TPA3255) of the WiiM amplifier allows you to develop a power of 2x100W on 4Ω or 2x60W on 8Ω, capable of driving most bookshelf speakers and even those less demanding floorstanding speakers very well. Through the App you can adapt the sound of the amplifier to your liking, thanks to numerous predefined equalization profiles and a user-settable 10-band parametric equalizer.

The WiiM amplifier can be used as a stand-alone unit or in combination with other units in a multi-room system. This way you can distribute music throughout your home from a centralized control point, via the WiiM Home App. The playback source and volume can be managed the same way for all devices or independently for each one. It is also possible to connect other devices from other brands in multi-room mode, as long as they are LinkPlay or AVS Multiroom and AirPlay 2 compatible.

The WiiM Home App, very intuitive and well made, allows you to remotely control the WiiM amplifier and all music playback. It's also the access point to compatible streaming services.

The amplifier can also be used completely independently, thanks to the supplied remote control.

Finally, WiiM Amp is compatible with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Siri voice assistants; WiiM Amp can be controlled by voice when connected to one of these systems or by using the microphone built into its remote control.
