AUDIOLAB 9000P

The logical development of the 9000Q preamplifier raised the question of system expansion and thus led to the birth of the 9000P, the dedicated power amplifier option for the 9000 Series. 

Technological features

Key to the Audiolab’s performance is Audiolab’s standard Complementary Feedback (CFB) topology, which ensures superior linearity and excellent thermal stability, as the idle current is kept independent of the temperature of the output transistors. A completely new, custom-designed 320VA toroidal transformer, followed by 4 x 15,000uF of reserve capacitance (60,000uF in total), helps the amplifier maintain firm control of the music, while allowing for excellent dynamic range.

Power and performance

The 9000P power amplifier is matched to the 9000A with a dedicated 100W per channel into 8 ohms, making it the perfect accompaniment to the 9000Q preamplifier.

However, following the success and acclaim of the Audiolab 8300MB mono power amplifier, the 9000P offers dual functionality with bridge mode capability, thus converting it into a 'monoblock' power amplifier delivering 300W into 8 ohms.
