The Dynaudio Stand 20 are high quality pedestals for HiFi speakers

Dynaudio's high-performance Stand 20 are loudspeaker stands made from solid aluminum and offer a stable platform, specially designed for Dynaudio's large bookshelf speakers: from the Evoke 20 to the Contour 20i and the spectacular Heritage Specials. In particular, for Contour i and Heritage, the upper plates are optionally available to replace those supplied with these stands, to be screwed to the body of the speaker to increase stability and safety.

In the Dynaudio Stand 20 there are two compartments: one for cable management, the other to be filled (using the special bag supplied) with sand or – better – with special material such as damping material for HiFi. The objective of filling the stand is to obtain greater stability and an even more limited vibration. The equipment of the Dynaudio Stand 20 is completed by spikes and rubber bearings. Thanks to an innovative design, the first ones are adjustable without the use of any tools. The second ones, anti-slip, instead allow the maximum inclination of 10 degrees of the supports avoiding the fall of the speakers. Dynaudio stands can therefore be tilted up to a maximum of 10 degrees for better sound customization. Of course the details of the placement depend on the room and personal tastes.

Characteristics of Dynaudio Stands 20

The Stand 20 includes, in the front part, a compartment for inert material which can be filled thanks to the supplied plastic bag which avoids unwanted sand spills. On the back of the column there is a cable compartment with ample maneuvering space to easily carry out all the connection operations.

The base is supplied with rubber rings for installation on hard floors. The top plate is equipped with rubber pads which ensure sufficient friction so that the speakers do not fall over even when the stand is tilted up to the allowable 10 degrees. Thanks to the two available satin finishes, Satin White and Satin Black, these stands can be placed in any environment. The possibility of equipping Stand 20 with upper bases (optional) dedicated to various top Dynaudio models such as Contour 20 or Confidence is very interesting. Through these support bases it will be possible to lock the speakers making them integral with the stand.

Not just Performances

The shape of the column and the base is in line with the design of the new Dynaudio products thus guaranteeing an excellent visual as well as acoustic combination. The Dynaudio Stand 20s are available in two finishes: satin white and satin black.
