IsoTek Syncro Uni is an advanced DC suppression solution that minimizes grid disturbances and optimizes power quality. This new version of the proven DC suppression system introduced by IsoTek nearly 15 years ago now offers 60% higher current capacity and reduced impedance. The internal peak current has been increased to 16 amps, enabling even more reliable performance.

Technical Innovations and Design

The optimized V5 circuit board contains twice the copper of conventional designs, ensuring more efficient power distribution. The high-quality copper-silver capacitors offer a capacitance of 75,000 µF, significantly higher than the specifications of many competitors. The device also features surge protection up to 500 amps.

The V5 Syncro Uni is specifically designed to eliminate DC interference from the mains voltage. This dramatically reduces mechanical vibration and noise in transformers and other sensitive components. The device can be used as a standalone filter or in combination with power distributors.

Performance and Construction: The V5 Syncro Uni 10 board allows for up to 16 A of internal current and a maximum power consumption of 3,680 W. To ensure consistent and reliable operation, the input current is limited to 10 A.

The sturdy steel and aluminum construction measures 250 x 100 x 85 mm. The internal wiring is based on 6n oxygen-free silver-plated copper for optimal current flow and minimal resistance. The dielectric used is FEP, a proven material from the aerospace industry with exceptional insulating properties.
