Wireless technology helps reduce the need for traditional audio connections. Each speaker is driven by its own Wireless Box E unit, which can connect directly to the speaker terminals when the configuration permits. Each unit still requires its own electrical power supply.

Speaker Box 5 E Carbon: Precision and Detail

The Pro-Ject Speaker Box 5 E Carbon speakers feature a two-way bass-reflex design with a 25 mm silk-dome tweeter and a 130 mm woofer made from a glass-fibre and carbon composite. The rigid MDF cabinet is designed to minimise unwanted resonances, helping deliver precise, transparent and natural musical reproduction.

With a frequency response of 65 Hz to 20 kHz, 86 dB sensitivity and a nominal impedance of 4 ohms, these speakers are suitable for a wide range of domestic listening environments, from living rooms to dedicated entertainment spaces. Magnetic front grilles are included.

Wireless Box E: Amplification and Streaming

The two Pro-Ject Wireless Box E units incorporate Class D amplification, delivering a rated output of 25 W into 8 ohms or 50 W into 4 ohms per unit. Dual-band Wi-Fi enables network music playback and access to compatible streaming services, while Bluetooth 5.1 provides an additional way to play music from mobile devices.

Control is available through compatible Pro-Ject Home and WiiM applications. Available functions depend on the streaming service, network configuration and software updates. The system offers a modern, compact stereo solution that integrates easily into a contemporary home.
