This special edition preserves the brand's renowned sound signature—dynamic, transparent and highly engaging—while incorporating numerous technical improvements derived from the prestigious Antal 40th Anniversary project.

The speaker features a 2-way bass reflex design equipped with a new 25 mm Rose Gold anodized magnesium dome tweeter loaded by Triangle's signature horn technology. This advanced high-frequency driver delivers outstanding detail, wide dispersion and exceptionally low distortion. Midrange and bass frequencies are reproduced by a newly developed 165 mm natural cellulose cone midwoofer, featuring an optimized magnetic motor and redesigned suspension for greater linearity, rich vocal reproduction and impressive low-frequency extension.

The cabinet has been carefully optimized to reduce vibrations and unwanted coloration, while the bass reflex loading provides deep, controlled and articulate bass performance. With a sensitivity of 90 dB, the Comète EZ 40th Anniversary is easy to drive with a wide range of quality Hi-Fi amplifiers, offering excellent performance even with moderate amplifier power.
