ELAC VELA FS 407.2 - PAIR

ELAC Vela FS 407.2 – High-End 2.5-Way Floorstanding Speakers with JET 6 Tweeter (Pair)

The ELAC Vela FS 407.2 is one of the most acclaimed models in the prestigious Vela 2.0 Series. Designed and manufactured in Germany, it combines elegant aesthetics, advanced engineering and outstanding acoustic performance to deliver a truly high-end listening experience.

Thanks to its sophisticated 2.5-way architecture and advanced ELAC driver technologies, the FS 407.2 reproduces music with exceptional realism, creating a spacious, highly focused and immersive soundstage. Its ability to combine detail, dynamics and musicality makes it equally suitable for premium stereo systems and high-performance home theater installations.

At the heart of the design is ELAC's renowned JET 6 Air Motion Transformer tweeter. Handcrafted in Germany, the JET 6 delivers extraordinary transient speed, ultra-low distortion and remarkable high-frequency extension, producing a highly detailed, open and natural presentation.

Midrange and bass frequencies are reproduced by two 150 mm AS-XR Crystal Aluminium Sandwich woofers. Their advanced crystal-shaped diaphragm structure combines rigidity, low mass and excellent damping properties, ensuring deep bass, natural midrange reproduction and exceptional dynamic capability.

The distinctive Vela cabinet incorporates a convex front baffle, a rearward-tilted enclosure and a downward-firing bass reflex port integrated into the die-cast aluminum base. This sophisticated design improves sound dispersion, reduces diffraction effects and provides greater placement flexibility.

Available in elegant High Gloss Black, High Gloss White, High Gloss Walnut, High Gloss Macassar and High Gloss Titan Grey finishes, the FS 407.2 perfectly combines modern design and audiophile performance.
