ELAC VELA FS 408.2 - PAIR

ELAC Vela FS 408.2 – High-End 2.5-Way Floorstanding Speakers with JET 6 Tweeter (Pair)

The ELAC Vela FS 408.2 stands at the top of the Vela 2.0 Series and showcases ELAC's expertise in high-performance loudspeaker design. Designed and manufactured in Germany, it combines elegant styling with advanced engineering to deliver a truly exceptional listening experience.

Featuring a sophisticated 2.5-way architecture and premium driver technology, the FS 408.2 reproduces music with remarkable realism, creating a spacious, highly focused and immersive soundstage.

At the heart of the design is ELAC's renowned JET 6 Air Motion Transformer tweeter. Its outstanding transient response and extremely low distortion allow it to reproduce high frequencies with exceptional detail, openness and naturalness.

Midrange and bass frequencies are handled by two 180 mm AS-XR Crystal Aluminium Sandwich woofers. Their advanced crystal-shaped diaphragm structure combines rigidity, low mass and excellent damping characteristics, resulting in deep bass, natural midrange reproduction and outstanding dynamic performance.

The distinctive Vela cabinet incorporates a convex front baffle, a rearward-tilted enclosure and a downward-firing bass reflex port integrated into the die-cast aluminum base. This sophisticated design improves sound dispersion and minimizes diffraction effects.

Available in elegant High Gloss Black, High Gloss White and High Gloss Walnut finishes, the FS 408.2 is perfectly suited for premium stereo and home theater systems.
