The Rotel DX-5 is a highly sophisticated compact integrated amplifier, designed to deliver high-end audio performance.

Power output of 33 watts per channel into 4 ohms (25 watts into 8 ohms), with an ESS Sabre ES9039Q2M 768kHz DAC, USB-PC/MAC connectivity up to 32-bit/384kHz PCM and 4x DSD (via DoP).

Coaxial and optical digital inputs up to 24-bit/192kHz, Bluetooth aptX™ HD, an analog RCA input, and a 6.35mm headphone output on the front. An HDMI ARC input with CEC control is also included for easy TV integration, transforming the DX5 into the heart of a 2.1 system thanks to the ability to connect an active subwoofer via the dedicated output.

The circuitry is sophisticated, with a high-current toroidal transformer built in-house and select push-pull transistors ensuring the classic Rotel sound.
