The Canton Ergo 655 Center is a high-quality center speaker that offers exceptional sound and a timeless design. This 2.5-way bass reflex speaker features a 25 mm aluminum-manganese tweeter and two 174 mm aluminum woofers/midranges in a D'Appolito configuration for accurate, balanced, and dynamic audio reproduction across the entire frequency spectrum.

The speaker cabinet is constructed from high-quality MDF and finished with an elegant real wood veneer, available in black ash, cherry, or wenge. The aluminum front grille gives the Ergo 655 Center a characteristic appearance and can be removed to reveal the velvet-covered baffle. 24-carat gold-plated screw terminals ensure optimal and stable signal transmission.

The speaker's frequency response extends from 26 Hz to 40 kHz, allowing for accurate reproduction of low frequencies and detailed rendering of high frequencies. The sensitivity of 87.9 dB (2.83V/1m) and the impedance of 4-8 ohms make the Ergo 655 Center easy to drive with most amplifiers.

The Ergo 655 Center is the ideal complement to other speakers in Canton's Ergo series, such as the Ergo 690 DC floorstanding speakers and the Ergo 620 bookshelf speakers, to create a harmonious and high-performance home cinema system. The Ergo SUB 650 subwoofer and LS 660 speaker stands perfectly complete the setup.
