A look at technologies and construction solutions

The four new speaker models feature several technologies borrowed from the gold standard 800 Series Diamond range found at Abbey Road Studios to deliver the best-in-class audio experience.

The new 600 Series S3 features an all-new titanium dome tweeter, which combines exceptional resolution with smooth, refined high-frequency reproduction.

It also introduces a new, even more acoustically transparent tweeter grille first developed on the 800 Series Signature.

Featuring the patented ContinuumTM cone, which avoids the abrupt transitions in behavior that can compromise the performance of a conventional driver unit, the new 600 Series S3 loudspeakers offer an open and neutral performance, reproducing voices and instruments with precision and transparency .

The results of the use of new midrange drivers and woofers strictly derived from the 700 S3 series guarantee decidedly superior reproduction quality, with more extended, articulated and more dynamic low frequencies.

Furthermore, thanks to a new design, the drivers of the new 600 S3 Series are now further optimized by a close positioning of the emission centers of the driver itself with respect to the tweeter.

Further updates concern the cabinets, with new reinforcement baffles and new reflex ducts borrowed from the 700 S3 series.

The crossovers have also been completely redesigned, with selected and more valuable components. Derived from the speaker connectors recently introduced in the 700 S3 Series, the speaker terminals of the new 600 S3 Series feature a horizontal layout, increasing the torsional rigidity of the rear panel, and a cleaner signal path between the amplifier and the speakers.< /p>
