ELIPSON Prestige Facet 8B is the larger of the two bookshelf speakers in Elipson's Prestige Facet line.

The Elipson Facet 8B is the largest of the bookshelf speakers in the new line of the well-known French brand.

It is a 2-way and, like the entire Facet line, it is equipped with a 25mm silk tweeter that uses a silicone ring diffractor to linearize the speaker emission.

The generous 20cm woofer returns deep and complete bass even for listening in medium-sized rooms. The medium-high efficiency allows to reach good sound pressure levels even with medium power amplifications, up to 100W. In multi-channel systems it is perfect as a surround in medium-high level solutions.

The elegant lacquered front of the Elipson Facet 8B (with increased thickness) is designed to house the magnetic hooking grille.

The practical MDF base supplied, if installed, makes the 8B even more stable. If desired (for aesthetic reasons) the base may not be installed. The surprising aspect of these speakers and, likewise, of the ELIPSON Facet line, is the value for money.

In cost ranges that are often defined as entry level for many speaker brands, the brand has created HiFi speakers characterized by obsessive construction quality, with precious details, soft curves, impeccable finishes, a weight and a construction system that it fears no rivals and has no comparison. The speaker looks elegant, with folded upper and lower edges, a black lacquered front panel and a support base with four spikes.

Not everyone knows that Elipson produces speakers in various shapes and with various functions, amplifiers, phono preamplifiers and turntables.

The element that has always characterized its products since its inception in the early 1950s is certainly the design, always particular since the BS50, a diffuser built around a sphere of 50 cm in diameter.
