PMG (Paul McGowan) Signature Series, designed and built entirely in the USA (Boulder, Colorado): multi-format SACD/CD transport, the most advanced and refined ever produced by PS Audio;

- compatibility with SACD, CD, CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW optical discs;

- reads high-resolution DSD (up to 5.6 MHz) and PCM (up to 24-bit/192 kHz) formats: DSF, FLAC, APE, WMA, MP3, M4A, AAC, DTS, AC3, WAV, MKA, PCM, OGG, burned to optical disc or stored on a USB flash drive connected to the dedicated port on the front of the transport;

- proprietary i2S interface via HDMI capable of transmitting SACD, DSD, and RAW PCM (raw, unprocessed) digital streams to PS Audio D/A converters equipped with the same connectivity;

- Dual balanced XLR and coaxial BNC digital interfaces that can be used individually or in tandem to enable playback of PCM and DSD Double-Rate DoP streams with separate audio and clock data on compatible devices;

- Legendary proprietary Advanced Digital Lens technology, which operates with galvanic decoupling between the transport mechanism and the optical assembly, combined with the data extraction and RAM storage system with FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) signal processing, eliminates jitter and any time-misalignment artifacts;

- Physically separate and electrically isolated output stage: no cables, no shared ground path, no power supply connections; the digital audio stream is transferred via a focused, short-wavelength radio signal, starting from the data extracted from the optical media or storage memory, passing through the proprietary Digital Lens circuitry and arriving uncontaminated at the output connection interfaces, preserving unprecedented accuracy and purity;

- Linear analog power supply with toroidal transformer and oversized filters, independent voltage regulators, and completely separate sections for the internal digital and high-frequency electronics and the delicate output stage;
