Matrix Audio introduces the SS-1 Pro and SS-1, audio-quality network switches designed specifically for Hi-Fi audio streaming scenarios. Unlike traditional switches, these devices offer an advanced architecture with improvements in power, clocking, cooling methods and component selection, ensuring lossless high-definition audio transmission.

Higher Speeds, Greater Stability: A system with support for high-speed signals ensures a reduction in timing errors, improving signal

quality.

Dual Isolated 10Gbps Ports: Two SFP/SFP+ ports allow the use of fiber optic or RJ45 modules, achieving complete electrical isolation between the network and the audio equipment.

Independent Ethernet Sockets: With speeds up to 2.5Gbps and two 100Mbps ports for more stable transmission and less prone to bit errors.

Femtosecond clock and RF synthesizer (SS-1 Pro only) for ultra-stable signal and low phase noise.

Support for external 10MHz clock, further improving accuracy and reducing jitter in digital transmission.

Ultra low-noise linear power supply with o-core toroidal transformer and nearly 10,000uF capacitors, ensuring clean and stable current.

Option of external power supply via DC input to further improve system performance.
