Using the menu, the user can configure the Smart Connect 5.1 from a minimum of 2.0 channels up to a 7.1-channel system. The Smart Connect 5.1 provides 6 analog preamp outputs, which can be connected to active speakers and/or a subwoofer or powered power amplifiers via an RCA signal cable. Additionally, the Smart Connect provides 8 channels of wireless audio to drive other Canton Smart series wireless speakers.
