The motor assembly features a powerful magnet structure and an optimized steel basket designed to provide excellent rigidity and mechanical stability. The ventilated pole and high-purity copper voice coil contribute to thermal management and help maintain consistent performance during demanding passages.

325 W RMS Sledge STA-325D Amplifier

The SB-1000 Pro is driven by the Sledge STA-325D Class D amplifier, delivering 325 W RMS continuous power and more than 820 W peak power. The discrete MOSFET output stage is designed to deliver high current while maintaining precise control of the driver.

The amplifier and driver have been engineered as a complete system, allowing the SB-1000 Pro to reproduce extremely deep bass with authority while maintaining speed, articulation and control.

50 MHz Analog Devices DSP

A major feature of the SB-1000 Pro is its powerful 50 MHz Analog Devices audio DSP with 56-bit double-precision filtering. The processor provides extremely precise control over the subwoofer's response and its integration with the main speakers and listening room.

The DSP allows adjustment of volume, crossover frequency, phase, polarity and Room Gain. A three-band parametric equalizer can also be used to address room-related peaks and other acoustic anomalies with precision.

SVS Smartphone App Control

The SVS app provides convenient control of the SB-1000 Pro from a smartphone or tablet. Bluetooth connectivity allows adjustments to be made directly from the listening position without having to access the rear panel.

The app allows users to create and store custom presets for different applications, such as music, movies and gaming, while providing access to the subwoofer's main DSP parameters.

For direct operation, the rear panel also features the Intelligent Control Interface with an 11-segment LED display and touch controls.

Hi-Fi and Home Cinema Integration

With both stereo RCA inputs and stereo speaker-level inputs, the SB-1000 Pro can be integrated into a wide range of systems. It can therefore be used in modern Home Cinema installations as well as conventional stereo Hi-Fi systems, including amplifiers that do not provide a dedicated subwoofer output.

A USB port is also provided to power the optional SVS SoundPath wireless adapter, allowing the signal connection between the source and subwoofer to be made wirelessly.
