But how can Aperta decouplers be used in combination with light stands? Is there a better way than others?

First, the fact that the speaker is on a light stand does not decouple it from the room. The loudspeaker rests on the stand, which rests solidly in the room. It is therefore all "coupled", and all the energy and vibrations go down and up from the stand towards the speaker. Therefore, also in this case an Aperta or Aperta 200 stand can be used successfully.

The best way to use Aperta and Floor Stands is always to use Aperta in direct contact with the speaker – and not at the base of the stand.

And this is where the Aperta Support Plate comes into play, the accessory that allows this configuration.

So here is the best support sequence: Floor -> Classic Stand -> Open Support Plate -> Open -> Diffuser.
