The Rega Elex MK4 as mentioned, makes its award-winning class A / B power amplifier circuit the basis on which to start for updates, this circuit capable of offering an impressive 72 W per channel power on loads from 8 ohms and 90 W into 6 ohms, real and heavy watts that make their thickness feel, managing each reproduction with ease and guaranteeing the necessary energy reserve to accompany the most demanding dynamic excursions.

In fact, this amplifier is able to drive even the most difficult speakers with ease, managing to integrate perfectly into any audio system, while also offering a wide range of connectivity options.

Therefore, in addition to the traditional line-level inputs, there are also two optical and coaxial digital inputs connected to a digital-to-analog conversion circuit (DAC) of the prestigious Wolfson brand, which make its usability wider.

However, the traditional phono input cannot be missing, here characterized by a high quality moving magnet phono stage, while among other features to mention there is the Pre-out and Record Out together with an output for headphones integrated on the front panel.

On an aesthetic level, the new Elex MK4 comes with a brand new cabinet, which in any case does not differ from the classic style of the brand, which however allows a perfect aesthetic combination with the rest of the new range of Rega products.

Its great reproductive capabilities are due to the quality of the truly first-rate components used, in fact extensive use was made of discrete circuits, high quality relays, polypropylene capacitors and Sanken output transistors.
