ELIPSON BS50 Tribute

With the BS50 Tribute Elipson pays homage to the 50s by creating shell-shaped loudspeakers – or we could say art objects – that recall the logic and solutions that were invented by the French brand many decades ago.

A tribute to the 1953 Elipson Ball Staff 50 model, the Tribute version exactly replicates the technical and aesthetic characteristics of the original. Born to be exhibited as an object of Sound Design at the «Sound & Light » show at Château de Chambord in France.

Made of modern high-performance composite material and equipped with two 200mm coaxial speakers, they furnish and sound as expected from "objects" of this caliber. Each BS50 will be placed on a special metal support designed to enhance its unique shapes and vintage design.

The BS50 Tribute is equipped with a two-way coaxial speaker with 20cm Woofer and 25mm Tweeter.

The high quality components developed by Elipson are able to provide an excellent response in the low frequencies and an excellent definition in the mid-highs, with a wide soundstage and a clean and precise sound; all qualities capable of satisfying every audiophile.

It completely embodies all the Elipson specificities, from the spherical shape to the regulators and finally the diffraction element, enclosing them in a diffuser with a unique design, able to perfectly reproduce the style that made Elipson famous in the 1950s; combining it with the best current acoustic technologies.
